摘要/Abstract

摘要： 以神华神东煤炭集团公司的10个大型煤矿为研究分析对象，构建了材料成本管理控制综合评价指标体系。通过使用DEA面板数据分析模型和系统聚类分析方法对它们的材料成本历史数据进行研究分析，客观地评价了神华神东煤炭集团公司在不同时段的材料成本管理控制效率，并揭示了其材料成本管控的发展变化趋势。文章的研究路径和研究结果对煤炭行业树标杆、控制成本有一定的参考价值。

关键词: 大型煤矿, 材料成本, 数据包络分析, 系统聚类

Abstract: This study builds a comprehensive evaluation index system of material cost control basing on 10 large mines in Shenhua Shendong Coal Group. Through study their material cost history data by using the model of DEA-panels and the model of system clustering, this study evaluates objectively the material cost control efficiency of Shenhua Shendong Coal Group in different times and reveals the trend of the material cost control. The path and the results of this study are useful for making benchmark in coal industry and cost control.
